Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
• Third-party claims or actions

• Failed transactions or network congestion

YOUR TOTAL RECOVERY FROM ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN FEES (IF ANY) IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards systems

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
